Epicor Kinetic
Native Epicor Kinetic Integration
No middleware. No CSV exports. No manual sync. FreightPane reads your Epicor Kinetic data live through the standard REST API — your shipments appear on the map the moment they exist in your ERP.

Three steps from zero to live shipment data on your map.
Enter your API URL
Provide your Epicor Kinetic REST API endpoint and company ID. FreightPane uses standard Epicor API authentication — no custom connectors or special licensing required.
Auto-discover carriers and doc types
FreightPane reads your ShipVia table, document type configuration, and pack slip numbering to automatically map carriers and configure tracking. No manual setup needed.
Live data on the map
Shipments appear on the interactive map instantly. FreightPane queries Epicor in real time on every page load — your tracking dashboard is always current with your ERP.
What FreightPane reads from Epicor

Deep links back to Epicor
Every record in FreightPane — sales orders, pack slips, purchase orders, jobs — includes a clickable link that opens that exact record in your Epicor Kinetic client. No copying IDs into the search bar, no navigating menus.
FreightPane constructs Kinetic-compatible deep link URLs using your API endpoint and the record’s primary key. Click the link and your browser opens the Epicor form with the record already loaded. Works with Kinetic Cloud and on-premise deployments.
Example
You see pack slip 12847 on the map. Click the Epicor icon and FreightPane opens Customer Shipment Entry in Kinetic with pack slip 12847 already loaded — one click.
Frequently asked questions
Does FreightPane require a special Epicor license or module?
No. FreightPane uses the standard Epicor Kinetic REST API that ships with every Kinetic installation. As long as your API is accessible over HTTPS and you have a service account with read permissions, FreightPane can connect.
Does FreightPane write data back to Epicor?
No. FreightPane is read-only. It queries your Epicor data to display shipment information but never creates, updates, or deletes records in your ERP. Your Epicor data remains untouched.
How does authentication work?
FreightPane authenticates using standard Epicor API key or Basic authentication over HTTPS. Credentials are encrypted at rest and in transit. FreightPane never stores your Epicor passwords in plain text.
Can FreightPane work with Epicor on-premise and cloud deployments?
Yes. FreightPane works with both Epicor Kinetic Cloud (SaaS) and on-premise deployments. For on-premise installations, your Epicor API endpoint must be accessible over the internet via HTTPS.
How often does FreightPane sync data from Epicor?
FreightPane does not sync or cache your Epicor data. Every time a user opens FreightPane or a customer opens a share link, FreightPane queries the Epicor API in real time. This means your tracking information is always up to date with zero sync lag.
